Whoo summer is FINALLY here! Anyone else super excited about it like I am? I may be pregnant, but I’m determined to still have fun this summer.

And I even got a maternity bathing suit that I love and am ready to rock the swim parties in!

I’m also really excited about summer because my son was born in summer and I can’t wait to celebrate his birthday!

Let’s do this awesome creativity challenge together!

Along with all the fun things summer has to offer, it also has some great photo ops! I’m here to provide you with a checklist of all the photos you need to take this summer while having all the fun you can!

the challenge

It’s a scavenger hunt! Take as many pictures as you can this summer from the list below! There’s no special rules to this challenge, just have fun! Print out the image below and mark off when you’ve captured one of the images from the list.

You can interpret the list items however you want! They can be literal or figurative. Just as long as you know what it means. 🙂

Share your images with others and tell them about this fun summer prompt list. Share the prompt list for others to join in on your fun!

the prompts

Along with pinning the above graphic to your pinterest page, you can also download it below for easy printing!

how to push through

It’s pretty simple since it’s not required that you take the images in any order or on a particular day. You can take all images in one day if you wanted! However, I don’t recommend you doing that. 😉

If you get stuck and feel like you never see any of the list items, then purposely go to a location that would have a lot of list items. Like a fair! Or a park! Or the zoo!

If you get really stuck, remember to just capture the fun of summer and push through. That’s what this list is for, to help you capture the fun of summer. So, don’t stress about it too much and just have fun.

  • plan a family outing
  • get the family involved
  • take your camera everywhere!
  • have fun!
